Brewed with 25kgs of Organic Red Rice cooked off the rice and added it to the mash. Resulting in a dry clean, crisp amber lager with a delightful earthy/spicy profile. Each sip with a harmonious blend of flavours, where the rice's essence intertwines seamlessly with malt sweetness, culminating in a nuanced drinking experience.
